How to order: Contact me with your order on my Contact form . After you measure your dolls head, find the corresponding size range to find the price of your wig, shipping is not included in price.  When you order, let me know your style choice, hair color choice and size for each wig, include both wig measurements I ask for. Measure for circumference and then measure ear top to ear top, with a pate attached, to determine the depth of your dolls head.   Then decide if you want to change the bang style on any of the styles you want to order. Bang choices are straight, hand curled, Spiral, for larger wigs, or no bang. 

  Please leave your name and phone number, in case I need to contact you . Ordering is easy , I will always confirm your order and if I see anything that is missing in your order, I will write you back and we will work together to make sure your order is complete and you are happy with what you have ordered. I always enjoy working with you.

If for any reason you want to change or cancel your order, please let me know within 10 days after ordering any special made wig.    Special made wigs are wigs you order in the size, color and style you want for your doll.

Pre-made wigs are normally sent out the next day after payment is made, they are already made and ready to send to you. Pre made wigs are not returnable.

​Due to the time it takes me to make any design, I do not offer returns of any of my wig designs, including Pre- made wig designs.  Always measure for both measurements and do not go by any wig you already have that shows a size label, or go by what a person tells you to order. Always go by what you take for measurements. 99% of my customers , ordering for the first time , are good at taking measurements and are happy with the fit of their wig when they receive it. Please see How to Measure on my website, it is so easy to measure .  I always add a little to the circumference measurement you give me, so do not add more to your measurement  because then the wig could be made too large.

Special made doll wigs are wigs you order in the size, style and color you want for your doll.

I make my special made doll wigs only in September, October, November, December, January, February and April only.    May through August I do not make any special made wigs, but I do offer pre-made wigs. Pre- made wigs I will send out all through the year. The warmer months, when I do not make wigs, I am washing and dyeing raw mohair for my Old World designs for the upcoming year. I need warmer months to clean and dye mohair as much of it is done outside. All of this takes so much time and with weather permitting. If you order during the months that I do not make special made wigs, I will save your order in my order book and start your order in September. Delivery could be in December, it really depends on my workload in the fall months. If I run a little late, I will notify you.

​Waiting time for any of my handmade wigs can be  8 to 10 weeks .  It just really depends on my workload and the time of the year you place your order and how many wigs you order.

​​​All of my wig designs wigs are sprayed with unscented hairspray. My Lady and fancy wig designs cannot be washed, combed or restyled, they are strictly ornamental and should not be over handled. I always say, the less handled the better.

Do keep your cats and dogs away from the mohair wigs on your dolls, to them it can be a toy . It is always best to store your doll in a case or above where they cannot get at them. A doll placed on a floor is never a great idea with pets. I have replaced wigs over the years because of pets grabbing the wigs off the heads and playing with them while you are away.  So funny but true, a wig could be a chocking hazard or worse.

Old World wig styles can be combed with a wide tooth comb or plastic hair pic to restyle, do not use a dog brush. You can also use a curling iron after combing to add soft curl or remove curl .   Mohair is like a sponge, mohair holds water well and makes it difficult to dry with a hot curling iron, so use very little moisture of any kind when resetting any of my Old World Styles. A great setting tool is a  1"  or 1/2" inch barrel size curling iron , it can be used to straighten any curl or add a soft curl.  Again, avoid using water and limit a very high heat setting on the curling irons, you can scorch mohair.

Custom made wigs: 

I am sorry, but I no longer design custom made wigs, I stopped making custom designs years ago. These designs are designs you see in a book or design yourself.

Lambskin doll wigs:

When making my website I decided to omit my handmade lambskin doll wigs which I have made over the years , all due to lamb skin prices. I do have lambskins that will make wigs under size 6", but nothing long enough in curl  for wigs over size 6" circumference. If the price comes down on this supply, I will reintroduce my lambskin wigs again. Any small lambskin wig under size 6" can be ordered in a tea stained blond for $30.00 each, plus shipping.
